Megan was the dynamic Director of the Gender and Sexuality Center at UIC from 2011-2017 and is currently the Artistic Director of About Face Theatre. We are honored to have had her at the 2018 Lavender Graduation.

Megan was the dynamic Director of the Gender and Sexuality Center at UIC from 2011-2017. Currently, she is the Artistic Director of About Face Theatre, a nationally recognized professional company that produces exceptional and innovative plays and programs to advance the national dialogue on gender and sexuality. Notably, Megan was a co-founder of the About Face Youth Theatre where she investigated chosen families, housing instability, identity development, and more through numerous original plays and oral history projects. Megan is also an inductee of The Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame, a mentor to many, and a thoughtful community leader.
